Zumba Dance Fitness
Join the Zumba craze and take the "work" out of workout! Dance yourself fit to energetic, hypnotic rhythms with easy to follow dance moves designed to get your body rocking. Customize the program to fit your fitness level and needs with no experience necessary. Try it out with your first calss free.
NOTE: No classes in December. Make plans to start up in January 2023!
