Beginner Mountain Biking

You may have considered it, but you don't know how to start? Here's a chance to take yoiur first pedal strokes into the exciting and challenging world of off road cycling with Ati Bekes, former nationally ranked road bike racer and mountain biker. Learn to conquer the basic challenges of mountain biking, how to ride over a small log or rock, how to cross a creek bed in the McCullough Peaks and how to negotiate climbs and descents safely and efficiently. You have to have some physical fitness to complete this class. Helmets are mandatory, gloves, sunglasses and other protective gear is recommended. Please have at least on water bottle for each class. Space is limited. Ages 14 and up.
